Khiagda, JSC, and Bauntovsky Evenk District of the Republic of Buryatia have entered into a Social and Economic Agreement on Cooperation
Social and Economic Agreement on Cooperation was signed by Director General of Khiagda, JSC, Andrey Gladyshev and Head of Bauntovsky Evenk District Nikolay Kovalev. The enterprise will allocate 5 billion roubles in order to provide sustainable social and economic development of the district. The funds will be directed to implementation of such socially important projects as acquisition of computer equipment for Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution Vitimskaya Secondary General Education School of Romanovka village, acquisition of furniture for Ogonyok kindergarten, repair and filling of internal roads in Romanovka and Bagdarin villages.
“We enter into the Social and Economic Agreement on Cooperation since 2016. Khiagda, JSC, fulfilled all assumed obligations due to which we managed to substantially improve living standards of population. This year we drew up a specific list of arrangements and a specific cash budget. As the social partners we, in our turn, will assist to Khiagda, JSC, in solution of some problems, including those connected with the labour resources,” Head of Bauntovsky Evenk District Nikolay Kovalev emphasised.
Besides that, one more acute problem faced by people of Romanovka village will be settled, namely, delivery of pure drinking water to the village residents. At the present time they take water from the River Vitim. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement two million roubles will be allocated for performance of design and exploration works and construction of a well.
Such support is very important for the district, Director General of Khiagda, JSC, Andrey Gladyshev is sure: “We will continue supporting the region of our presence. We will continue increasing production rate and scopes and our efficiency. I think that in the nearest future our enterprise will at last become a uranium mining centre of Russia and a centre of competencies with regard to the geotechnologies and underground leaching in general. It should be noted that following the results of the Social and Economic Agreement on Cooperation a number of arrangements was made in 2017. In particular, new furniture was delivered to Vitimok kindergarten, a new water-carrier was acquired for the needs of population in Maly Alamat village, the heating system of Ogonyok kindergarten was repaired, etc.
