Preliminary results of 2016 production program fulfillment have been summarized in JSC Dalur
“2016 production schedule is being fulfilled 100%. According to our forecasts 591 tonnes of uranium will be mined by the end of the year, which meet the 2015 parameters”, reported General Director of the enterprise Nikolai Poponin.
In order to comply with the production program in 2016, JSC Dalur kept developing Dalmatovskoye field in Dalmatovskiy district and Khokhlovskoye field in Shumikhinskiy district of Kurgan region. At Khokhlovskoye field four blocks have been commissioned, at Dalmatovskoye field works for development of two sections of Nizhneuksyanskaya vein have been continued. In 2017 development of one section of Zapadnaya vein of Dalmatovskoye field, four sections on Central production site, and one section of Nizhneuksyanskaya vein is planned.
At the meeting under chairmanship of the First Deputy General Director – Executive Director of ARMZ Uranium Holding Viktor Svyatetskiy, successful implementation of Rosatom Production system project “Schedule reduction of processes of development and treatment of uranium resources” has been noted. In particular, the project involved completion of preparation of section with preliminary “passive acidification”. In order to speed up the commencement of standard works rated volume of operation solutions with set acid value has been supplied within a month prior to the commencement. This allowed reduction of acidification period and secured preparation of production solutions with high uranium content immediately upon commencement of extraction wells. Volumetric gain of production solutions made up 30%, and economic effect amounted to 23 mln rubles.
Important task for 2017 will be the completion of engineering research, development of design and working documentation for opening of Dobrovolnoye field in Zverinogolovskiy district of Kurgan region. Equipment is being installed at Central production site for arrangement of scandium commercial production to be commenced in 2017.
