Chief Legal Officer Ilya Yaroshevich became a member of the Management Board of the Russian-Chinese Legal Society
Ilya Yaroshevich, Chief Legal Officer, became a member of the Management Board of the Russian-Chinese Legal Society. The Russian-Chinese Legal Society association is a non-profit organization created on the basis of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the main purpose of which is to promote the establishment of professional contacts between the representatives of the legal community in the Russian Federation and in the People's Republic of China.
JSC Atomredmetzoloto started preparations for implementing a number of projects together with Chinese partners. These projects are aimed at the most efficient use of human and infrastructural capacity at the existing production sites of the companies belonging to the mining division of Rosatom State Corporation, as well as at the attraction of funding and improvement of the investment climate. Ilya Yaroshevich clarifies as follows: “In this regard, active participation in the Russian-Chinese Legal Society is beneficial for ARMZ internal corporate lawyers so they could form an efficient and highly pragmatic approach to working with Chinese lawyers. We need to know our Chinese partners, understand their approach, identify risks and be strong in the negotiation process. China is a country of striking centuries-old culture with a centuries-long history. The key to the formation of good and constructive relations with our Chinese colleagues is to know and to take into account these features, demonstrate their understanding and show them due respect in the ХХI century.”
