Fifteen families of JSC PIMCU employees receive keys to new flats
A new residential building was constructed in the eighth district of Krasnokamensk at the expense of the consolidated group of taxpayers of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation. Overall, it includes 60 flats, of which 15 are intended for JSC PIMCU employees and 45 – for public sector workers.
“I still cannot believe that our family now has own flat. I thought it was service housing, but in fact it turned out to be our proprietary apartment, transferred to our ownership. It is such a precious gift! We are very happy. Many thanks to the management,” says Evgeniy Sklyarov, an underground timberman of Underground Uranium Mine No. 1.
Each of the families was on the service housing waiting list for several years. Almost in each family there are two children. In particular, families of the Leach Plant’s shift manager, the Shaft-Sinking Department’s underground surveyor, the Railway Shop Floor’s fitter, as well as of employees from mines, including an underground mine foreman, an underground shift manager, an underground timberman and others, were among those who received flats.
“It is a great pleasure for me to hand over these keys to you. I am confident that the new flats will be comfortable to live in and that you will continue successfully working for the Industrial Union,” noted Sergey Shurygin, JSC PIMCU Director General, at the key handover ceremony.
