Mikhail Vladimirovich Anisimov started his professional career in April 1968. He has been working at JSC PIMCU since 1973. “During 41 years of work as an excavator operator, Mikhail Vladimirovich proved himself an excellent organizer, having a perfect knowledge of his job and always approaching an assignment with great responsibility. Mikhail Vladimirovich has an exceptionally extensive work experience and expertise,” says Olga Shcherbakova, HR Director, JSC PIMCU.
In fact, the team of Mikhail Vladimirovich often exceeds targets and reaches high performance indicators. For example, in 2011, the team’s labour productivity equalled 106.8%, in 2012 – 111.9% and in 2013 – 129.6%. “His excavator is used in overburden and extraction operations, as well as in dewatering trenching. Mikhail Vladimirovich encourages his colleagues to systematically outstrip shift targets, with coal always being raised. Importantly, he is one of the best mentors for young employees and has trained more than 30 persons in a profession of an excavator operator,” notes Vyacheslav Koshevoy, Director of the Urtuiskoye open cast mining office.
