On June 28, 2011 JSC PIMCU’s employees held a conference in Krasnokamensk, Trans-Baikal Region to sum up the results of a collective labor agreement in 2010.
Company Director General Viktor S. Svyatetsky spoke about key JSC PIMCU’s achievements in personnel relations. In 2010 the average wage at the company increased 21.9% year-on-year, with social benefit payments up 12.1%, and major work was carried out in the area of health and safety.
Conference delegates approved a report on the implementation of the 2010 collective agreement and passed a new collective agreement for 2011–2013.
