ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. Releases its 2008 IFRS Financial Statements
ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. (JSC Atomredmetzoloto) has published its 2008 consolidated financial statements prepared under the international financial reporting standards and the Independent Auditor Report prepared by BDO Unicon.
The financial results of JSC Atomredmetzoloto show that the company’s business is actively developing. Sales revenues in 2008 grew by 54.6% to RUR 15.2 bln. The operating profit increased by 311.2% to RUR 2.63 bln. The net profit of the company grew by 12.4% to RUR 289.2 mln.
Release of the IFRS financial statements will enhance the company’s ability to raise financing at more attractive rates and will make the ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.’s business more transparent for its partners.
