Rosatom Enterprises Switching to United Brand
The enterprises of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation have switched to using a united brand. While keeping their historical names and their own identity, organizations of the Russian nuclear industry received unified logos based on the trademark of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation («Mobius strip»). This principle of corporate branding is called «umbrella branding» and is the choice of many world-class corporations. The use of the umbrella brand in the nuclear industry will allow to build a unified positioning of ROSATOM organizations in the domestic and foreign markets, which, in turn, will lead to an increase in the recognition of Russian nuclear industry enterprises and their projects among partners and customers. The rebranding campaign is being carried out as part of the new strategy of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation, approved in April this year, which is based on the principle of «United Rosatom». The introduction of a unified branding system has become a logical step in consolidating the efforts of the industry companies in promotion of the products and services to Russian and foreign markets. Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation has formed a strong and respected international brand, and the use of a name with a long history, in particular, in the interests of new product areas in the non-nuclear sphere (digital products, Arctic development, environmental projects, mechanical engineering, etc.) opens up wide opportunities for Rosatom enterprises to enter promising markets.
It is symbolic that a large-scale industry rebranding campaign coincided with the 75th anniversary of the Russian nuclear industry. Thus, entering the next stage of its development, renewed Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation continues to effectively meet the challenges of our time, working to create new opportunities for future generations.
