Personnel Appointments Made at ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. and at the Enterprises of the Mining Division of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation
All managers were appointed within the framework of the planned personnel rotation and personnel reserve programs.
Alexey Shemetov took the position of Deputy Director General for Strategy of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.
Alexey was born on September 19, 1971 in Yakut village of Nyurba. He graduated from Irkutsk Power Engineering Technical School, and then from Irkutsk State Technical University, majoring in Electrical Engineering. He was trained at the Russian-Canadian Training Center for Retraining Personnel for the Fuel and Energy Sector on the basis of the Institute for Advanced Training of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
He started his career in 1993 as an electrician in Yakutskenergo, JSC. Then he worked as an engineer, head of the sales and energy supervision service, head of the Yakut branch of Energosbyt, Deputy Director General of Yakutskenergo, OJSC — Director of Energosbyt. During his employment at Yakutskenergo, he was elected a deputy of the Yakutsk City Assembly and a deputy of the State Assembly of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In 2013-2016, he was First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Trans-Baikal Territory. At the same time, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the largest uranium mining enterprise in Russia, E.P. Slavsky Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union, PJSC.
In 2017, he joined the Mining Division of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation and was appointed Director of the Investment Project Management Department of Atomredmetzoloto, JSC. In 2018-2021, he was Director of VNIPIpromtechnologii, JSC (Engineering Center of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co). Since June 2021, Deputy Director General for strategy at ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.
He was awarded the Medal of the Order «For Merit to the Fatherland», II class, and the badge «Honored Employee of the UES of Russia». He was awarded the honorary title «Honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)».
Andrey Gladyshev was elected to the position of Director General by the Decision of the Board of Directors of VNIPIpromtechnologii, JSC (Engineering Center of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.).
Andrey was born on July 29, 1985 in the village of Balyaga, Petrovsk-Zabaykalsky District, Chita Region. In 2007, he graduated from the Mining Institute of Chita State University, majoring in Geophysical Methods of Prospecting and Exploration of Mineral Deposits.
He began his career in 2003 as a worker in a field detachment, then worked in geological exploration organizations, including the Chitageologorazvedka, FSUE. Since 2009, in the Mining Division of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation. In Khiagda, JSC, he started working as a leading geophysicist, held positions of chief geologist and Director of Production. From 2017 to 2021, he was Director General of Khiagda, JSC. Since June 2021, Director General at VNIPIpromtechnologii, JSC.
He won multiple times the Rosatom’s industry recognition program «Person of the Year».
By the Decision of the Board of Directors of Khiagda, JSC (part of the management circuit of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co), Anatoly Mikhailov was elected to the position of Director General.
Anatoly was born on October 13, 1986 in the Luhansk Region of Ukraine. In 2009, he graduated from Chita State University having studied open mining, majoring as the mining engineer. He then graduated from Trans-Baikal State University completing the state and municipal management program.
He began his career in 2006 as a worker in the artel of prospectors, and then worked in drilling companies. Since December 2009, he has been working at Khiagda, JSC. He passed all the stages from the underground well repair operator to director of production. From 2017 to 2021, he was First Deputy Director General — Chief Engineer; from June 2021, Director General of Khiagda, JSC. He won multiple times the Rosatom’s industry recognition program «Person of the Year».
By the Decision of the Board of Directors of Dalur, JSC (part of the management circuit of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co), Dinis Yezhurov was elected to the position of Director General.
Dinis was born on July 5, 1977 in the village of Sovetabad, Samarkand Region of Uzbekistan. In 2000, he graduated with honors from Tomsk Polytechnic University majoring in Chemical Technology of Materials for Modern Energy.
He began his career in 2000 as a master in geotechnological section of the mine at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinat (Republic of Uzbekistan); then he was appointed Chief Geotechnologist of the Southern Ore Management of the Combinat. From 2009 to 2015, he was Head of Production and Technical Department of JV Zarechnoye, JSC (Republic of Kazakhstan).
Since 2016, he has been working at the enterprises of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. In February 2016, he was appointed Chief Geotechnologist, and then Director of Production at Dalur, JSC. In 2020-2021, Director General of RUSBURMASH, JSC. Since June 2021, Director General, Dalur, JSC.
By the Decision of the Board of Directors of RUSBURMASH, JSC (a specialized drilling and exploration company of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.), Gleb Nosyrev was elected to the position of Director General. Gleb Mikhailovich was born on April 11, 1988 in the city of Sverdlovsk. In 2010, he graduated from Ural State Mining University, majoring in Mining Machinery and Equipment, and later completed training at the Rosatom New Products business workshop and a RPS course at the Rosatom Corporate Academy.
He started his career in 2010 as a leading specialist of Ural Locomotives, LLC, then worked at GGS Intern. FZE, as Commercial Director of CC Headex, LLC. Since 2016, in the Mining Division of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation. He held the positions of Head of the Project Department, Head of the Development Department, Deputy Director for Special Projects of VNIPIpromtechnologii, JSC. Since 2018, Deputy Director General for Development of RUSBURMASH, JSC. Since June 2021, Director General at RUSBURMASH, JSC.
In 2019, he won the Rosatom’s industry recognition program «Person of the Year».
