Production Record Achieved by PIMCU Urtuiskoye Open Cast Mining Employees
The crushing-and-screening plant (CSP) operated at the open cast mining processed 6,219.8 tons of coal in 24 hours. Andrey Dimov, Head of the PIMCU Coal Crushing and Screening Site: «In strict compliance with our partners’ requests, we are increasing the number of Urtuiskoye coal consumers. The CSP helps us provide consumers with the products screened by fractions: 0 to 20 mm, 20 to 50 mm, and 50 to 300 mm. Such separation allows reducing moisture and enhancing the combustion heat».
The team could achieve high performance indicators due to their well-coordinated work, timely maintenance and repair of the plant, and implemented suggestions for improvements. Thus, the feed apron, separation screen, and conveyors have been adapted to winter conditions. Conveyor belts and driving drum liners have been replaced and repaired. A great contribution to the common business has been made by conveyor operators Sergey Yaroslavtsev, Evgeny Bardakhoev, and Aleksandr Strelnikov; crusher operators Petr Alekseev, Aleksey Chupin, Maksim Astrakhantsev, Maksim Strelnikov, and Mikhail Dolzhenkov; electricians Viktor Sarafannikov and Andrey Litvintsev; electric-and-gas welders Evgeny Kruglov and Sergey Nadezhkin.
