The project was developed by VNIPIpromtechnologii, JSC (Engineering Center of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.). According to Andrey Gladyshev, Director General of VNIPIpromtechnologii, JSC, «This positive opinion from the regulatory authority allows the Company to start developing the Dybryn deposit in line with the schedule in order to provide the supplies of a strategic metal in the amount required for ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation».
The Dybryn deposit is part of the Khiagda ore field, which is developed by Khiagda, JSC in the Bauntovsky-Evenki District, Republic of Buryatia.
