Khiagda Entered the List of Economically and Socially Significant Entities of Buryatia
The relevant resolution has been approved by the Government of the Republic of Buryatia. To be included in this List, entities must meet several requirements in terms of tax returns to the budget system of the Russian Federation, the total amount of revenue, and the number of employees.

The Company creates new jobs for the Republic residents and is actively involved in social initiatives and charity events in the territory of its presence.»
Since 2016, more than four dozen social initiatives have been implemented under a social and economic agreement between the uranium mining Company and the Administration of the Bauntovsky-Evenki District of Buryatia. They include reconstruction of a well in the village of Malovsky; repair of municipal boiler houses and heating networks in settlements; purchase of a water-carrying machine for the needs of residents in the village of Maly Amalat; repair and filling of intra-settlement roads; purchase of equipment for kindergartens; and many others.
The Company increases every year the output of its finished products. Currently, under harsh climatic conditions of permafrost in the Bauntovsky-Evenki District, work is underway at various stages at the Khiagda, Istochnoye, and Kolichkan deposits.
